We had a very terrible welcome received when we arrived at hotel: there were 2 rude employees who didn’t want to allow us to check in because they couldn’t find our reservation in the system. This situation lasted for several minutes and it was very embarrassing for all my family. After a long discussion, they let us to have both rooms reserved but they gave us a lower level even we have paid a high level one with bathtub. Last but not the least, they started denying the breakfast for both rooms. However we also paid for this service. Again we had a long discussion and they agreed after we had to prove it showing them our invoice/email confirmation from Expedia. With that said, we would like to make it official and documented regarding our dissatisfaction on this hotel.

Basic stopover
Hotel was a reasonable budget hotel and good value for money. Service was very good but the food was very basic and not great.

Staff and food both top notch
It s a budget chain so you know what to expect but this branch does the basics well and then excels in staff attitude and helpfulness. Good breakfast, safe parking.

reat, comfortably hotel in a convenient spot.
We enjoyed our overnight stay here. Staff were very helpful while maintaining good Covid regulations. The room was a good size and light and airy. The bed was very comfortable with extra pillows if needed. The bathroom was very clean and the water was good and hot! Not wanting to venture out too far with all the Covid restrictions we decided to eat at the restaurant and we were quite happy with the meal choice. We will certainly stay here again.

great stay
the location is good, also close to downtown Tours. very clean, and spacious. the breakfast was ok. however, do not eat at their restaurant, we ordered steak and canard. we asked them to be cooked as medium, both dishes turned out overcooked.

Great restaurant
This is a Ibis Hotel which is on par with all the other ones around France.They are dependable, safe and clean. This one though has an excellent restaurant attached to it. The place was packed with locals and the food was reasonable and really tasty.

Very nice quiet room and comfortable bed. Air conditioning was excellent with 40C temperature outside. Staff v helpful and will stay again when we are travelling through the area.

Ibis red is the best
What made are stay in Tours was the amazing staff always there to help the rooms where clean and quiet that is what we wanted after a days driving

Geat stopover hotel
Looked a bit rough from the outside but have to say inside was excellent. The staff are excellent and food is great to. Lots to do in surrounding area felt safe and secure at all times thx guys

Piece of bed for a race weekend in Le Mans
It's ideal place to stay over the race weekend in Le Mans. There is a straight no traffic access to Arnage so you can avoid crowded streets in Le Mans these days. Value for money - excellent

Overall a good hotel
The hotel is out of the way of the city centre with public transport 15 minutes away! Staff were helpful with questions, ordering taxis - there is an additional booking cost! We didn't have any dinner as there were next to no options for vegetarians! We did enjoy their breakfast varieties - it was standard fare. Although it was a non smoking hotel, there was a strong odour within the room! We had to leave our window open to avoid strong headaches! Overall a good hotel & our experience was satisfactory!

Normal sans plus mais propre.
Chambre petite et rien à voir avec les autres ibis. Odeur de tabac dans la sdb. Sdb vieillotte. On sent les odeurs de cuisine du resto d'à côté. J ai demandé dernier étage et j ai eu rdv. J ai demandé chambre au calme et j étais sur le parking et à l'intersection des couloirs, du local ménage. Bref j ai entendu la douche du voisin du dessus. les voitures. Et les portes claquer de 7h à 8 h. Ne vaux pas 110€ J y retournerais si je n'ai pas le choix. Réceptionniste froide, inutile de demander quoi ce soit car elle n'a pas de place point final. No blablas avec elle 😵‍💫

Confortable, mais ça caille !
Je veux bien comprendre que nous devons tous agir et être éco-responsable mais dans les chambres, ça caille !!! J'étais mieux réchauffé sous les LAMPES HALOGENES durant mon dîner (et là ça me gène terriblement). Echanger les ampoules halogènes contre de la LED ! Et rendez-nous le chauffage !
