Set on the largest corner lot in the gated community of Terra Lago, this lakefront five-bedroom, three-bath retreat offers unmatched space, privacy, and panoramic mountain and water views. Designed for families and groups, The Lakefront Social combines comfort, style, and plenty of amenities to enjoy both inside and out. Outside, the expansive wrap-around patio is the heart of the home. Enjoy a large saltwater pool with a tanning shelf, waterfalls, and spa — all overlooking the lake and the Santa Rosa and San Jacinto mountain ranges. The space also includes a built-in fire pit, multiple lounge areas, a covered gazebo, BBQ, and outdoor dining area under bistro lights. Guests love that you can catch both the sunrise and the sunset from this property, making it one of the most scenic homes in Terra Lago. Inside, the open-concept design connects the kitchen, dining, and living areas for effortless gathering and entertaining. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and dining in, and there’s plenty of room for everyone to relax together. Enjoy family-friendly fun with two arcade games, shuffleboard, and a big-screen TV for movies or sports. Upstairs, the primary suite includes a private balcony — the perfect spot for a morning coffee with lake and mountain views. Quiet hours are from 9PM-8AM Sunday-Thursday and 10PM-8AM Friday-Saturday - but it is important to respect the neighbors at all hours of the day as violations can occur at any time. Outdoor Music is not permitted after 9PM. Any violations will result in a $1,000 fine per offense and will be guests financial responsibility. Availability cannot be guaranteed and depends on preparation schedules. We always recommend planning for the standard check-in/out times. DO YOU HAVE A POOL AND SPA? All of our homes feature private pools and spas! Pool heat is not included and must be requested at least 48 hours prior to arrival. The pool maybe be heated up to 88 degrees for a fee of $100 per day (2 consecutive day minimum - ARRIVAL DAY must be included!!). There is no fee to heat the spa and recommended temperature is between 100-102\. Pool will not be heated in the summer months. DO YOU ALLOW PETS? Our vacation rentals are pet friendly! We allow for up to two pets per property for a fee of $150 per pet. Additional cleaning fees may be applied if necessary. All guests will be provided with a digital guide before their stay. This guide will include information about the home, the area, and anything you need to know about your reservation including parking rules, check/in out procedures and the hot spots around town. We recommend reading through the guidebook thoroughly prior to arrival and downloading the app so this information can easily be accessed before and during your stay. Homes will not have physical binders. This electronic version will be your go-to guide. WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS? All of our vacation rentals are fully furnished including all linen, bath and pool towels. Kitchens are fully stocked with dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, and appliances. Please ask us if you are wondering about the availability of a specific appliance or amenity. We also provide a starting supply of bath soaps, trash liners, toilet paper, paper towels, and dishwasher soap. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap. We do not provide spices, cooking sprays/oils, cling wraps, zip loc bags, pool floaties, etc. CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME? We do not recommend shipping directly to the home as we do not have mailbox keys for the homes and cannot be responsible for packages once delivered. The Terra Lago community has so much to offer including a serene 20-acre lake. The Golf Club at Terra Lago boasts 36 holes of championship golf surrounded by endless mountain views. If you want to venture out a little further, there are hundreds of golf resorts to choose from, including a round of par 3 night time golf at "The Lights". Just outside the community gates you will find the Badlands Hiking Trail and Fantasy Springs Casino where guests can hop over for a bite to eat or risk high stakes at the poker tables. Several other Casino's located within a short freeway drive. Everything you would need is a quick drive away including the famous Empire Polo Club – home to Coachella & Stagecoach Music Festivals, El Paseo, Old Town La Quinta, Indian Wells Tennis Garden, restaurants, and grocery stores. I did a lot of research in the area and walking around and if you want one of the best spots book this house. Sunrise and sunset from this south and west facing lot. Huge pool and great calming views of the lake. Indio as an area is very quiet with golf and shopping near buy. You get longer days here vs closer to the mountains at Palm Springs. Our host was great, and responsive and we would certainly book again and recommend to all our friends and family. ##### Scott L. House had everything. Pool and spa were perfect as we spent most of our time outside enjoying the amazing weather. Great hosts that communicated before and while we were there. It was very clean with great amenities. The few recommendations we have are given to fix minor problems. The property was so beautiful and clean. The communication between the owner and myself was so quick and easy. Our Hosts were quick to respond to any questions and/or concerns and even sent a Technician right away to fix a few minor things, they were efficient, friendly and very helpful to us tech-challenged women. The house was clean, well appointed with all the necessary equipment, utensils you would need. We loved this Property and the staff and plan on returning. I highly recommend staying here. Lots of space, room to cook and feed everyone, great pool, lots of seating and very clean. Pool/ Spa were a little confusing but the host were AMAZING and walked me through the process of getting it right. Response time was almost immediate.
