Request requires at least one week in advance to confirm availability with local vendor. Guests should budget approximately $850, depending on pool size and logistics. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. The pool stayed cool during the day despite the 100+ degree days so we used it a lot. Having the fence around it gave us piece of mind since we had young children in the group. The beds were nice and comfortable, and the bedrooms were spread apart far enough for 2 couples to enjoy privacy. The kitchen was well appointed with utensils, pots, pans and small appliances which were located where you’d expect and overall very functional. The backyard was an awesome place to start the day with the sunrise and breakfast beside the pool. It was also very nice to enjoy the hot tub after a long day of hiking. Everything was even better than the photos. Clean and well-appointed with everything you need and nothing you don't. Plenty of space, and the three bathrooms never made it feel crowded or uncomfortable. Our doggos loved the yard and we all loved the pool and hot tub!
