The Nomad Estate is the perfect destination for your next desert getaway. This 7-bedroom, 6-bathroom luxury villa with detached casita can accommodate 20 guests and a provide an unforgettable experience. It's one of few houses that offers five rooms with king beds with ensuites Situated on a half-acre lot in a private community, Nomad Estate is suited to host your large group for any occasion whether it be a corporate retreat, festival goers, family weekend, or bachelor/bachelorette parties. Upon entering this resort-style vacation home you can find a living room with a flat screen TV, indoor fireplace, wet-bar, and dining area with seating for 18. The gourmet kitchen features stainless steel appliances for any cooking or baking needs and an island with seating for 6. The detached casita offers a kitchenette with mini-fridge, coffeemaker, and microwave. Enjoy the outdoors at the Nomad Estate in the backyard designed for entertainment. Enhance your experience by lounging poolside in the lounge chairs, cabana, day beds, or hammock. In addition to the pool & spa you can find outdoor games, dining for 18, a fire pit, commercial misting system and outdoor kitchen. The full-service outdoor kitchen includes a pizza oven, BBQ, sink, ice maker, TV, and bar. At Nomad Estate we provide all the necessities for a comfortable stay with WiFi, fresh linens, pool & bath towels, washer/dryer, ironing board and iron, and parking for 5 vehicles.. The home a great place for 14 guys on a golf trip .Lots of space. Only had a minor operational issue, which the host communicated very quickly, I would highly recommend the house and hostGreat Experience.

The house interior was great. Everyone enjoyed their rooms, most appliances and TV worked well, outdoor grounds were well maintained and clean, hot tub was good, had some issues with outdoor grill needing cleaning and difficulty starting, but owner sent someone over to fix that issue quickly. Does need a new grill though. Host was very responsive throughout our stay, really appreciate that. Would definitely stay at this house again.

Unfortunately, the house had too many maintenance issues that put a damper on our family's stay. Very poor internet service which was a problem for multiple business owners trying to have work calls while onsite. Given the cell reception in the area is not ideal this turned into a real problem for us. Seemed like there was some deferred maintenance as well on many things around the house. My wife and I felt like we were acting as project managers for repairmen and the property management company most of our visit. We did send feedback to the property management team at the end our stay which was ignored. I would have given 1 star, but we did like the layout of the home and the area.

We had a great time at Nomad. The pool area along with the hammocks & bocce ball court kept us entertained all day long. During the evening our group of nine was glued to the TV watching the world series and the set up was super comfortable. We took advantage of the kitchen and the outdoor grill but weren't brave enough to try the pizza oven.

Great Time at Nomad Estate

We all had a great time at the Nomad Estate! There were 16 of us and there was more than enough room for everyone. The property is nicely appointed and tons of stuff to do in the backyard. We will definitely be staying there again!!

"Adult" Spring Break

We had a wonderful time at this property! The backyard and pool were spectacular! The pool was so clean and sparkly! The rooms were great! Beds were very comfortable. Susan was very attentive and a joy to communicate with. I would definitely book this house again!

Absolutely Amazing Stay

We had such a great time at this property! We had enough room for our large group and most rooms are very spread out so you felt like there was some privacy and separation between groups which was great for those who didn’t want to hear a 3 year old and 1.5 year old all day and night.The pool and spa were phenomenal and the heating on both worked perfectly which I’ve had issues with at other vacation rentals in the area. Host was a great communicator and addressed any concerns immediately.

Perfect for Large Family Reunion

Ideal bedrooms and layout for a large family gathering. Everything needed is supplied. Outstanding large pool and deck. TVs outside, inside and in the rooms. Plenty of kitchen dinnerware for large families and groups. Room for 5 cars overnight. Large comfortable beds and bedrooms most with bath. Some games provided. Management very responsive and available.

Excellent Get Away

Overall, this place was perfect. The amenities were abundant and the house very accommodating for our large group. One thing, the house needs a little TLC. The photos in the listing are old as the house and surrounding peripherals look weathered. Other than that, we truly enjoyed our stay and will more than likely stay here again next year if available.

Amazing return trip!

We returned to this property for a second stay (after a great trip last year). It was even better than we remembered. Ample space for everyone and for all ages. The kids loved the bunk beds. The pool is fantastic and the little baja shelf is perfect for the younger kids that aren't yet fully comfortable with swimming. Jacuzzi heated up quickly at nights and we were able to use it with the fire pit. So many different areas for people to relax. The property managers are also fantastic -- while we had everything we needed, they were extremely responsive, easy to work with, and made the whole rental process perfect. We can't wait to return again next year!

had a great time. great for large groups. overall a great place to stay the property could use some touch ups. some of the main door handles feel like they are ready to fall off. ice maker in the fridge did not work. half of the mister jets were clogged. outdoor shower was finicky. pretty minor issues and wouldnt hesistate to book again

Amazing girls getaway!!!

We are a group of 50+ women who travel and meet once per year to celebrate friendship. This house was absolutely perfect for us and had every amenities we could possibly ask for. The open space was perfect for us to all sit and visit, the outdoor space was perfect for morning coffee and afternoon pool time. Working with the owners was awesome they were quick to answer any questions we had. Will definitely be back!!!!

Great house and amenities for a big group

We had a large group of friends stay at the Nomad Estate and we had an absolute blast. I searched hundreds of properties for just the right size, # of beds, dining space, big living room, and outdoor space to gather...and the Nomad Estate delivered. As others have stated, the home definitely has some wear to it, likely from a busy booking schedule and some of the furniture is different than the photos. The outdoor space and furniture was a bit dust covered, but about what you can expect for the desert. Would take a LONG time to clean everything between rentals, so it was about what I expected, not perfect but not gross. The built in audio system looks like a few too many people have tried to play with it, and we could only get portions of it to work. Definitely would consider coming back with a big group. If I could give half ratings, would get 4.5 stars overall.

Friends Trip

This property is very well located, large with lots of amenities. The kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked with everything you would need. There were 11 of us in the house and we were very comfortable, plenty of room. Really loved the large table inside and out. The Property manager was very responsive. We enjoyed our stay. Our comments would be the property could use some minor repairs throughout the house, an upgrade to the internet (very spotty) and clearer instructions on working the pool & spa. We think this house is great just needs a little love. Cheers
