The golf club also features two putting greens, a driving range, and a practice hole. Plus there are over 200 golf courses in the area, making it one of the premier golf destinations in the world. POOL|SPA: Pool: $100/daily fee (to include spa) to 82 degrees. (More heat is an additional fee) Spa only: $35/daily fee to 102 degrees. SPA HEATED ON DEMAND ONLY. USUALLY 15-30 MINUTES TO HEAT, DEPENDING ON THE TIME OF THE YEAR, CAN BE UP TO 50 MINUTES IN COLDER WEATHER. SPA IS NOT HEATED FOR ARRIVAL. Gas prices are at an all time high entering the new year, and we do not profit on these fees. If you need the pool/spa heated upon your arrival, let me know at least 24hrs in advance. We can have it ready for your arrival at that time. Pool heating time varies depending on outside temperature. Pool fee can not be refunded unless heating issue is due to a problem with equipment. \*\*Pool heating is not needed in summer months. Pool heating is available all year and usually recommended mid September to mid June. GATE: Guests will need to kindly provide first and last names of adult guests in order to be able to go through the community gate. To kindly do so anytime up to 24 hours before. PARKING: We have 2 parking spots in the driveway. If you have additional car, you cannot park it anywhere on the street, please reach out to us in advance. You are able to park extra vehicles outside of the security gate, and drive your guests in. This home is fairly close to the gate, so it is walkable if parking outside of the security gate. HOA only issues extra 10 street permits a month/property and we have to order in advance to accommodate the extra vehicle. They are available only upon availability. HOA will fine all the vehicles parked on the street after 9.30pm. All parking fines will be billed to the guests, no exceptions. Please plan for 4 vehicles, larger vehicles parking in the driveway. We do not want any inconvenience to you and here to help you, please reach out if you have any questions. CHECKOUT DUTIES: if you could kindly start a load of pool towels in washing machine, put your trash in the trash bins outside and start the dishwasher. Thank you so much. EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS: If you need special accommodations with early check-in/late check-out, we will gladly help UPON AVAILABILITY. Early check-in fee is $75, payment has to be provided upon request, otherwise, the request will not be valid. Late check-out requests are not easily attainable as our staff needs to properly sanitize and clean before the next guests arrive. In the event we do not have a reservation following yours or can bring in extra staff to expedite cleaning substantially, we will gladly accommodate for a $75 fee and move our cleaning crew to a later schedule or help you extend for the day or night at a special rate.All late check out requests need to be submitted before 8:30pm the evening prior to check out FESTIVALS: Please note for the right group we are willing to give a special discount for Coachella and Stagecoach. Referrals and repeated guests will be rewarded with a discount, depending on the time of the year. All festival bookings are non-refundable with additional deposit requirement.
