Place was pretty quiet most of the time. It's in a new tract and the neighborhood seems quite nice. Walkable, for sure. And an easy walk to the Badlands, if you want a nice hike. Place is pretty stark; functional, but not much charm. Futon in living room was the only thing to sit on, and it was very uncomfortable.
