FAQs ★ Does the property have a private pool? ★ We do - guests have access to their own private pool. ★ What are the additional fees? ★ To have the pool heated it is $60 a day. There is no charge to heat the spa. It can take up to 24 hours to warm up so you need to let us know in advance if you want it heated. ★ Is the property pet-friendly? ★ Pets are allowed for a fee per animal. However, we kindly request that they are kept off of the beds and sofa. If pet hair is found on the beds, there will be a $150 fine per bed where hair is detected for additional cleaning. ★ Are there any noise restrictions or quiet hours? ★ Yes - Community quiet times are between 10pm and 8am. Amplified music and is not allowed. Respectful low volume music until 10PM is allowed. All music must be off after 10PM. ★ Is early check-in or late check-out available? ★ While it may not always be possible due to the cleaning schedule, Early and/or late check outs may be available for a fee. It is $75 for 2 hours early/late. ★ Are there any restrictions on the number of guests or visitors? ★ Yes - we cannot have more people staying than the amount posted on the listing.
