Room was clean. We ran out of toilet paper after 12 hours, and no one was available to bring any to the room unfortunately. There was also only one bath towel for showering. This was the second time we stayed here. First time was great, this time not so much. The hotel was without hot water for two days and we received no response or compensation for the issue.
