The mattress was superb. Best nights sleep! It was quiet and clean. Did not go down for continental breakfast, my choice. The front desk was helpful at check in. I have no complaints.

Our bathroom was pretty dirty. There was mold in the shower, on the shower head, and a huge stain on the floor of the tub. Otherwise, the room was nice, the breakfast was decent, and it wasn’t too far from where we needed to go

Overall my stay was nice. Other than needing extra towels the front dest person told me i would have to bring my old ones down myself to get new ones. Never stayed anywhere that asked me to do that. She did mention that she was short staff, which was a inconvenience for me because i stayed on the 3rd floor.

Thank you for staying with us. I do understand the frustration about the towels. After housekeeping leaves for the day, our policy is to have the guest come down to the front desk for clean towels as we are a select service hotel and do not have night time housekeeping.

The front desk help Wendy, was super helpful. The mattress, pillows and sheets were excellent !!! The tubs need a little attention but a great stay!!

There was nothing we liked about this property. The staff was not welcoming or friendly. The hotel was old. Even the towels had an odd smell. Toilet seat was broken and not clean in the crevices by the screws.The shower curtain was ripped I had booked for 4 nights, but left next morning. No one even asked about our stay and then almost doubled our charge for the one night!!

The staff was extremely helpful and nice. The room was very nice and the bed super comfortable. The only thing lacking was there were no hooks or towel racks in the bathroom.

Had a great stay at this property. The location, overall cleanliness, room condition and the complimentary breakfast were all fine with nothing to complain about. However what impressed me in particular was the friendliness of the manager at the front desk. Not only did she allow me an early checkin - the room was available - but the few moments of friendly conversation really made my day. Customer service like this will win you a lot of loyal customers!

Overall a clean place to stay. The bathroom needs some attention. Shower head was absolutely disgusting. Mold around certain areas of the shower tub. Floor around toilet was nasty as well. But the room it self was otherwise well kept.

Great inexpensive option for overnight stay to catch early flight. Clean, quiet, felt safe, nice front desk staff. Comfortable bed, great shower, good towels, microwave, small fridge, coffee maker all make things convenient and efficient. Will be back!

Not sure what was worse, the smell, the disrepair or the filth. The only saving grace for this property was the staff. Randy and Missy were great to deal with and the quality of the room should not reflect on them.

Our room was dirty. We found dirty socks in the coat closet and bottle caps. The pool was not operating, the sign said closed for cleaning and we were not aware of it It had snowed and freezing temps. The sidewalks were not cleared or salted. Not.impressed overall

Mold on bathroom ceiling and unclean rooms. Coffee grounds were left behind, loose strands of hair by microwave, bedsheets smelled like chemicals, mysterious stains on couches and walls, and overall smell of the whole building smelled awful. Internet didn't work last night and told staff and they dismissed it like it was no big deal. Breakfast was left to be desired but French toast on last day tasted like dirt. It did not deserve the high stars everyone was giving this property.

Need better information posted on airport shuttle. Hotel with identical name has 24 hr shuttle. This hotel shuttle starts 4am., a problem for early flights.

Perfect for staying overnight when you have to be at the airport by 04:00 am for an early flight. Room was immaculate, had everything you might need, nice hot shower, everything in tip top shape and working order. Great value for the price! Will definitely return.

Thank you Cathy for leaving your review. I would like to point out the issues you experienced including you filming the water draining from the sink after you unscrewed the drain. I do understand that you were upset about the leak, but unfortunately, you can not take the drain out and then film it to get a refund for your stay.

I have no complaints the hotel was in great conditions in the room everything seemed to be well cleaned and up to par. The breakfast bar had plenty of options.
