The pull out couch in the living room was broken so it really only sleeps two. We got back to the apartment late after a concert and realized one of the bars of the pull out couch was too bent for the couch to be pulled out. This area of has everything you need for a short stay in the city. The only disadvantage I could possibly note is access to the building from the parking area in the back. The doors in the back of the building require a key instead of the code type lock accessible at the main front door only, requiring you to walk around the block for all entries. This was the only inconvenience I could speak of. Of note, there is a good bit of street noise as this apartment faces the main street. I used ear plugs and had no issues.
