Summary:  
100 year old historic building completely remodeled in the mid 2000s. Enjoy the 20ft ceilings, exposed brick, and modern layout. Location, Location, Location, you will be able to walk just about anywhere downtown Indy.

The Space:  
Master bedroom - King bed with in suite bathroom. Enclosed by walls but walls do not touch the ceiling. Loft style Incredible bathroom

Just because we allow so many people to sleep in the unit does not mean your group will find the space comfortable for that many people. Each group must decide if the layout fits their needs. Please reach out if you have questions.   
Being in the heart of downtown there is the potential for noise. Thursday through Saturday tends to be louder than other days.  
Parking is detached and 1 block south of the unit. You must enter the building to get your parking pass before parking. The clearance is 7 foot.

Large group? We have you covered with over 20 + in this building or across the street.

The entire loft is available!  
  
The Neighborhood:  
The Location is in the heart of downtown Indianapolis. Walk to all the best restaurants and nightlife  
  
Getting Around:  
You can walk almost anywhere. Pacers bike share and Uber are other options. The main downtown bus station is 2 blocks walking.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
While we allow up to x amount of guests, it is up to the group to decide if their group size will fit comfortably. We own other units in the building if you want to book multiple.  
  
RULES:  
• Underage teenagers trying to throw a party is not allowed. I will show up with the police and press charges. ($500 fine)  
• NO smoking inside. Smoking outside is completely ok and left overs must be thrown in the fire proof disposal on the deck. Do NOT smoke on furniture outside. ($500 fine)  
• NO use of firearms or fireworks on the premises. ($500 fine)  
• All damage will be considered intentional/reckless if not reported via email/messenger or phone.  
• No pets  
•A determination will be made as to whether any damage was intentional/reckless or accidental. Guests will accept responsibility for any non-accidental issues and will be charged for compensation. Shit happens and we are not here to nickel and dime you. This is meant for reckless activity.  
• No bookings for guest under the age of 25  
• You are limited to the number of guests on the reservation plus 2\. If you would like more just confirm first.  
• Unless receiving prior approval, check-in , and check-out must be followed for cleaning, maintenance, and other bookings. ($40/hour fine)  
  
Check-Out Instructions  
  
1\. Please strip or leave all used beds unmade. If stripping the bed, please leave sheets on mattress or in the laundry basket provided.  
2\. Please make sure all dishes are placed are washed. Leaving the dishwasher running is perfectly acceptable.  
3\. Please make sure all trash is gathered and thrown away. There is a trash chute located at the end of the hallway behind a door labeled trash. All trash must be thrown down the chute in trash bags and those bags must be tied shut. Note: Extra trash bags are located at the bottom of the trash can.  
4\. Please dispose of any leftover food you may have in the refrigerator.  
5\. It is helpful, but certainly not required, if a load of used towels if thrown in the washer before checking out.  
6\. As previously stated in the check-in instructions, please return the parking card to condo after exiting the parking garage.  
7\. If you check out early, could you kindly send us a message and let us know, so we can send our cleaners over to get started.
