Welcome to your ultimate Indianapolis retreat! Just a 15-minute walk from downtown, this sports-themed home is the perfect base for game days, conventions, and city adventures.   
  
The living and dining areas offer space to relax, while the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook meals or whip up snacks.  
  
The arcade room is a guest favorite. And step outside to the backyard oasis, complete with a fire pit, grill, and seating—perfect for cookouts or unwinding after a day downtown.  
  
Sports-Themed Retreat Near Downtown Indianapolis – Walk to All the Action  
  
One of Indy's newest and coolest rental properties, welcome to The Stable, a luxury home with a nod to the historic sports programs that contribute to the city's greatness. Perfectly located, this home is a just a 10-minute walk to see the Colts at Lucas Oil Stadium, less than a 20-minute walk to cheer on the Pacers or Fever at Gainbridge Fieldhouse, and a little over a 15-minute walk to attend a convention at the Indiana Convention Center, or simply explore the vibrant downtown scene; this rental offers the perfect home base for your visit. Plus, walking is never an issue with our private driveway parking for multiple cars on the premise.  
  
We love to have a good time too, and so we offer a private arcade room. With four classic-style arcade games, this dedicated space adds a dose of fun and nostalgia to your stay. Whether you’re competing for the high score or introducing younger guests to the games you grew up with, the arcade is sure to be a highlight for everyone in your group. We also offer board games, a chalkboard wall, life-sized connect four, and card games for all ages.   
  
When the weather is nice, the spacious backyard living area invites you outside. Fire up the grill for a cookout before the big game, or wind down in the evening around the fire pit, roasting marshmallows and swapping stories. With comfortable seating (an outdoor table for eight) and a relaxed atmosphere, the outdoor space is perfect for enjoying time together under the stars.  
  
Finally, we offer a full kitchen with coffee (both Keurig and a traditional coffee pot), stove, oven, airfryer, crock-pot, and so much more. The dinning room comfortably seats eight (8) around the table, and is located next to the modern bar cart with wine glasses and everything else needed for a night of some fun.   
  
In sum, you'll love the colorful and fun design, sports themed memorabilia, and thoughtful touches around the property. We have a feeling you'll be back!  
  
The Space:  
The house has a main (lower level) entry with a living room equipped with a Roku smart TV;  
King suite with an attached full bath and workstation (with a desk);  
Fully stocked kitchen with island, airfryer, coffee maker (K-cups and classic), cooking essentials, silverware, microwave, electric oven, fridge/freezer with ice maker, rice cooker, crock pot, and more;  
Dinning room has seating for 8 with a bar cart stocked with glassware for all types of beverages;  
Laundry room with a washer and dryer, iron, and supplies;  
A half bath on the first floor.  
  
Upper level:  
A free arcade area with four classic-style games;  
Full bath with a tub and shower;  
King suite (#2) with a Roku smart TV;  
Queen suite with two queen beds and a 60" Smart TV;  
Connect 4 wall game, board games, toy closet with a chalkboard wall;  
Luggage racks and clothes storage for all bedrooms, in addition to phone charging stations and fans (ceiling and nightstand fans).  
  
Outside:  
Backyard features a stamped concrete patio, dining table for eight (8), umbrella, fire pit, string lights, grill, corn hole, and a covered area of the porch.
