The only issues were a flickering light in the shared bathroom, kitchen drawers that were off track, and the inability to reach the blinds. However, the property owner was EXCELLENT in communication and demonstrated quick and friendly customer service. They sent someone the next day to remedy what he could and promised to return some of the investment for those things he couldn't. I am so very appreciative of that, considering all that my family is going through with their house. We would definitely stay here again to be together for a holiday. The grass was tall and needed mowed. The landscaping didn't look like it had been touched in over a year. The patio would have been nice had it had some furniture, such as a table and chairs or something to sit on. The gas fireplace did not work, the knob had been taken off and it was full of cobwebs. The sun porch was nice; however, it also had cobwebs. The inside of the house was a pleasant surprise. It was very clean except for the fireplace. There are 3 bedrooms, a sitting room, living, dining room and kitchen. However, there is only one TV in the entire place. Never could get the ice maker to work. It was just down the street from a family member so we already knew the neighborhood was a nice quiet place to stay and spend time with love ones.
