Just outside of Broad Ripple and 10 min drive to Keystone at the Crossing. Enjoy the warm romantic interior and thoughtful amenities! Easily explore Indy's Northside as you are nestled next to everything! Close to Broad Ripple, Keystone @ Crossing, Carmel, Grand Park, Park Tudor, Castleton, 15 minutes from downtown Indy, 3 min from highway 465, and 35 mins from the airport. One of our funkiest designs to date! Expect a 5 star stay when you book The Bungalow! Essentially remodeled from the ground up and unlike anything you've seen!! Plenty of amenities, sunlight, and great energy make this a great stay! 1 King Bed with Half bath 1 Queen Bed with Full bath 1 Full Bed in an enclosed (by curtain) nook in the common space 1 Full bath off living room 4 Smart TV's Outdoor patio located off the dining area Guest access Keyless Keypad entry code will be sent the day of arrival. Please park in the two spots provided in front of the garage, no parking under the carport please! Please note there is a separate detached guest house located on this property. The guest house is not available for rent at this time. Please note that occasionally items such as decor, rugs, bedding, or furniture will need replaced due to wear and tear. I personally answer all messages so please be patient if messaging in the evening or overnight hours. Should an emergency arise, please call me if I do not respond to messages. This is a lovely established neighborhood near Broad Ripple. It is common to see people out walking their dogs and children riding their bikes. The Broad Ripple park is roughly a 15 minute walk. Onsite parking available. Uber and Lyft are generally easily available in this area as well. No parties Do not park in the carport area or the gravel beside it No Cats are permitted. Dogs only. Max 2 If you bring a dog - pet waste must be cleaned up, the pet must be crated when not attended during the day and at night. Please Do not lock the pet in a room. Please do not allow pets on the furniture. Pet must remain under your control at all times. Plenty of space. They did a great job on the remodel! The bedrooms would get a little warm on hotter days, there were box fans in the bedrooms and would help in cooling off. My inlaws and my husband and I had our own bedrooms rooms and there was a built in bed in a little nook area that was perfect for our teen son. The house is right off a main road but there was no road noise and is a cute neighborhood if you wanted to go for a walk. The only problem we had was with the house across the street. They had 2 cute smaller dogs and they would put them outside. One on a chain and not the other. He kept coming over to check out our small dogs. No big but i was worried he was going to go on that busy road and get hit. Hopefully someone will report them.
