During your stay, you can also enjoy using a convenient private bathroom, indoor fireplace, and living room. Our loft is within driving distance to several popular restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. An ideal base to explore Indianapolis. Located in the 16 Tech technology park, residents enjoy access to pedestrian paths and trails with convenient access to Downtown shopping and restaurants, along with the IUPUI Campus.

Someone Dropped The Ball
Host’s only communication to us was to inform us the property was unavailable and had been for 6 months - but VRBO hasn’t taken listing down. We traveled from out of state and had to scramble last minute to find accommodations. VRBO will only reimburse for one night stay - one room for 4 adults. We had to come out of picked twice the amount for 2 nights for 2 rooms. Overall a horrible experience and I will not be using VRBO again.

Beautiful and Comfortable Cottage Styled House
We had everything we needed for our 5 night stay. The modern decor with cottage feel was very welcoming. It looked like a Model home but felt so comfortable, you could kick back and relax. 2 bathrooms was a major plus. Garage was a bonus. I'd stay there again for sure. Very Spacious and convenient to downtown. Less than 5 minutes drive.

Canceled our booking last minute
We were going to stay here for a weekend. 3 hours prior to checkin, the host canceled on us. He did not even reach out to give us an explanation. We were left to scramble and find another place to stay. This was very unprofessional and I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

Never stayed
The property owner refunded part of the fees he said. Didn't cancel but would not respond. I still haven't received a penny of a refund and still no communication with me or apparently VRBO. I got stuck renting a crappy hotel because all of my money is still tied up with this guy. So disappointed. It also messed up the whole trip that I planned so I could spend time with my daughter. I had to select a rating for everything, but I can't give an honest rating since we didn't stay.

Weekend trip
The space is a described and pictured. It is a very cool condo that has been recreated from an old baseball stadium. It is very nice-clean-spacious-well stocked. The building where the unit is located is not labeled and is hard to find. I would recommend providing guests with a detailed description of the location of the building and what gate to enter to get into the building. The cooling system was not working properly and upon arrival the temperature was 82*. The temperature was in the mid to high 80’s outside. It was miserable. The lowest we were able to get the temperature was 77* upon our checkout. Communication was made with the owner-maintenance was supposed to come check out the issue but never did. The wife of the owner attempted to walk us through how to reset the box and etc but that did not help or rectify the situation. She stated that this was an issue for her as well when she was there and she opened the windows. We opened windows as well-but it did not provide any relief. We did not have to wait long for Uber/Lyft to come to the location to go downtown. I would recommend asking if the heating/cooling situation has been fixed prior to booking. The baseball diamond outside is very cool. Cool space minus some issues we had.

Great loft good atmosphere
How cool to lookout at the ballpark great view. Owner was very helpful. Only negative is no elevator 3rd floor with luggage is tough. Totally recommend this property.clean, spacious, comfy beds.

The whole check in process was streamlined to perfection. The loft was very nice and spacious with all amenities provided. I’ll definitely book again when traveling to Indy.
