Located only 5 miles from downtown and close to all the cities main attractions like Motor Speedway, Convention Center, Zoo and The Lucas Oil Stadium. \*\*Long driveway- parking available for trailers/sprinters/large vehicles\*\* Newly renovated house with 4 bedrooms. Each one has a queen size bed. Extra pillows and blankets are provided. Three full bathrooms; well stocked will all hotel amenities (shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, toothpaste, toothbrush, razors, make up remover, shower caps and fresh clean towels. The kitchen is equipped with all basic utensils : Dishes, pots, pans, baking sheets, toaster, bowls and coffee maker with regular and decaf coffee, sugar and creamer. Cleaning supplies, rags, paper towels, dish washer soap would also be found. Living room with a flat screen \*\* SMART TV\*\* and high speed internet. Drive way parking available. Guest have access to the entire house. Parties and Events - Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Any evidence of a party or event, excessive garbage or other evidence will result in a fine of $500.00, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. Missing or damaged items - Any evidence of willful or negligent loss or damage to the property, furnishings, decoration, landscaping, towels, linens or other items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $250.00\. Towels and linens - Guests are required to keep towels and linens in good condition. Towels and washcloths should not be used to remove makeup or for cleaning purposes. Guests should NOT wash comforters or duvet comforters themselves as this can cause damage to those items and the washing machine.
