This updated home has new flooring throughout the whole house, new furniture and comfortable new mattresses, as well all the needed amenities for a perfect stay. Located only 5 miles from downtown and close to all the cities main attractions like Motor Speedway, Convention Center, Zoo and The Lucas Oil Stadium. \*\*Long driveway- parking available for trailers/sprinters/large vehicles\*\* Newly renovated house with 4 bedrooms. Each one has a queen size bed. Extra pillows and blankets are provided. Two full bathrooms; well stocked will all hotel amenities (shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, toothpaste, toothbrush, razors, make up remover, shower caps and fresh clean towels. The kitchen is equipped with all basic utensils : Dishes, pots, pans, baking sheets, toaster, bowls and coffee maker with regular and decaf coffee, sugar and creamer. Cleaning supplies, rags, paper towels, dish washer soap would also be found. Living room with a flat screen \*\* Rocku TV\*\* and high speed internet. Bedrooms were a good size with comfy beds and each room has it's own lighted mirror for doing makeup and hair without needing to take up the bathrooms.
