Decent hotel. Stayed here for 2024 eclipse trip. Hotel feels a bit dated overall. The heating vent in the room was extremely loud and erratic. The area around the hotel was surrounded by restaurants and bars. Had to drive to find a grocery store or convenience store. The only after hours snacks they had on site were in a vending machine in a closet that you had to key into... weird. The staff at the coffee kiosk was great though!

Property was beautiful, clean, inviting, staff was friendly. Enjoyed the restaurant/ bar inside hotel. Great location near lots of otger restaurants and bars, and walking distance to lucus oil stadium.

The construction crew just outside the building started up at 8 am with the construction and beeping noise of the vehicles. The hour long line to check in was ridiculous and I was late to my event, rooms were clean but old.

We stayed here for the night of our wedding and had the best experience. Liz upgraded us from our room to the Eli Lily Suite & it was the most unforgettable experience. All staff was very accommodating and kind. Our room was very clean.

The staff was very nice, professional and helpful. The televisions in the rooms could use some updating and it would be nice if microwaves were included in the rooms instead of costing an extra $25. It would also be nice if parking was included with the room. The street noise in the morning is a bit loud and woke me and my wife up early. We stayed for a concert at Lucas Oil Stadium and it was a short walk from the hotel. It also looks like there were a lot of places to eat nearby.

Wonderful experience in all aspects, other than the wifi being down so we couldn’t have keys to our room for a while. This was obviously not the staff’s fault and they were as accommodating as could be with great attitudes about it! They did give us a discount for this on our final bill so that made up for it in my personal opinion.

Room was clean. Entire hotel was very nice. Evan at the front desk was wonderful. Parking garage was easily accessible and the bar staff was lovely as well. All around great experience.

We’ve stayed at this location multiple times. This time around we did have a few issues— with the restaurant being under construction there was a snafoo getting breakfast at the bar. And the bathroom in our room really needed updating. Our bellhop did tell us that by next year, all bathrooms should be remodeled. The staff are all A people and we do look forward to staying here again with the updates.

Just a worn down property. Old carpets and walls. Dirty. Kind of sad. Omni should be keeping this up better. Nice old building in downtown Indy. Beds are worn and lumpy. Had to ask few times to replace soaps and towels. Not the best

Older hotel, but is one of the few connected to the convention center with a pool. Biggest gripe was that we had to ask for shampoo/soap/etc because none was left for us.

The lobby was fabulous and fancy but the actual rooms were kinda rundown for the price. Staff was great. Carpets in hallway were old. Tub was dingy but I think it was just old instead of unclean.

The staff took our luggage at check in and said they would bring it to our room. We waited for 45 minutes before my husband went back to the lobby and found out luggage still sitting in the same place and the only thing that was said was oh they must have forgotten about you. That is not acceptable

The room was very outdated. Bathroom had no exhaust and the wallpaper looked like it was bubbling. TV was not function properly. At check in the staff didn’t give us the proper card to enter building (after hours) and access the pool/fitness center. We booked a two queen and a pull out couch, but when we arrived to our room it was only a two queen. They did give us a rollaway cot at no additional cost. Just unpleasant over all stay.

Friendly and helpful staff. We stayed for our high school state championship game. It was an easy walk to Gainbridge Fieldhouse. The staff was very accommodating for all our needs. I will stay here again.
