My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary in Indianapolis, IN and attended a Fever basketball game. We usually enjoy our stays in Omni hotels but the Indianapolis location was unsatisfactory. We were not notified at all that the hotel lobby was under renovation when we checked in. There were no signs directing guests to check-in on the either side of the huge construction blind. You had to find your way, so to speak. Additionally, there was a general lack of cleanliness compared to the other Omni hotels we have stayed at. There was a buffet set up the entire two days we stayed there in the back entrance to the hotel. It was definitely an obstacle when entering/exiting the back entrance. I inquired about it and was told it was for a private event but again, no posted signs, and people had to walk though it when navigating in & out. The room was okay but could have been much cleaner. Overall, my wife and I were disappointed at our stay because we always enjoy Omni properties.

We had a wedding block and were never told about the lobby being under renovations. Friday it was loud and crew’s operating loud lifts, the construction noise itself was loud add the noise was not what expected to have to deal with let alone the congestion from the construction next door and the workers in the lobby.

Enjoy our weekend at the Omni Severin Hotel. The staff was kind and friendly. Our room was newly renovated and eloquent. We slept well and loved the bedding. The bathroom was gorgeous. Loved how the location of the hotel and how we were between the Gainbridge Fieldhouse and the Colts stadium. Would definitely stay here again.

I liked that it was close to everything and we didn’t really need our vehicle to get around. We were able to walk everywhere. Also the staff was really helpful. The rooms were always clean by the time we got back to the hotel.
