Very noisy from 8pm to midnight. Slamming doors, people yelling or talking loudly. Did not feel safe. Floors dirty.

Would be better if they would stop ppl from smoking weed in the parking lot all night. Very noisy guests running the halls. Can't even get a room key replaced without using a self check kiosk. The room is self was clean and nice but the rest of the stay was terrible.

Great room, clean and comfortable. Only issue was a noisy bathroom fan and somewhat thin walls. Overall, would stay again - good price!

They are still in progress of updating rooms. Our was updated with more modern mixtures, tub surround and fresh coat of paint. Base molding wasn’t attached at some transition points. Beds are just ok, could be better. Overall, decent stay for the price.

We did not like that at the time of check-in there was not a staff member at the desk and we had to do it at the machine. I was just released from an eye surgery and this was a challenge.

Manager was very nice. Got us extra sheets and pillows promptly. Room was newly renovated and very nice for the price. Stayed 2 nights with no issues & would stay there again.

This wing is drafty and has missing ceiling tiles down the hall. The room temp is hard to control, feels good then gets cold. I asked for top floor previously and was given a ground floor. Noisy upstairs. To late to change and wished i would have stayed anywhere else.

Dear guestWe are very sorry for unpleasant experience with our room . After careful review of your concern we understand you checked upgraded rooms or suites pics online at first but booked one bed . We recently completed remodeling of all rooms and uploaded pics . Everything is same no changes . If you had given us a chance to offer you free upgrade to serve you better we would have made your stay experience enjoyable. We are very sorry for this .

This property would have been okay for an overnight stay (definitely no more than that) but the filthy bathroom and dirty/stained bed linens made this hotel a “never again” for us.
