A washer/dryer is located inside the apartment for your convenience and a fitness center is free to use onsite as well! Your perfect home away from home awaits! The Space: This cozy apartment is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay. Great amenities are: \- Washer dryer in unit for free \- Fully equipped kitchen \- Queen sized futon and 2 king sized beds \- Smart-TV with streaming apps installed! \- Complimentary coffee \- Fitness center access \- Multiple parking lots that offer daily parking at very reasonable prices within a 2 block radius! \- Direct sky bridge connection to various hotels and the convention center for convenience! A 10 minutes walk to Indianapolis Station. Next to TJ Maxx and the circle. Other Things to Note: No smoking, parties, pets Check-in 4 PM, check-out 11 AM ($75/hr late fee) $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors $200 penalty for lost key fobs No outside guests without permission One towel per guest per stay Valid photo ID required to complete the booking ESA (Emotional Support Animal): A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Additionally, the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you WILL be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry. Important note: The information is collected for verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes. Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following: \- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions. \- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in. \- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking. Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be: 1\. 22 years old for out of town guests 2\. 25 years old for local guests No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule. Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-7am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver. Want to enhance your stay? We offer a variety of optional services to make your visit even more comfortable—like mid-stay cleanings, early check-in/late checkout (when available), and more. The location is amazing. If you're looking to stay downtown, this absolutely cannot be beat! It's roomier and less expensive than a hotel. It was perfect for our family as we celebrated our son receiving his American Degree at the National FFA Convention. My elderly mother could easily manage the stairs and loved being able to have her own bedroom and bathroom, while my adult kids could enjoy the loft space with their own beds. Everything was clean, fully stocked, and perfectly laid out for a great stay.
