Right on Washington St and minutes from monument circle/convention center/Lucas Oil, the location cannot be beaten. The Space: Our spacious studio apartment features inviting living areas, fully-equipped kitchens, and bathrooms complete with toiletries. Throughout your stay, enjoy access to the building's fitness center with strength and cardio rooms. You can also enjoy : \- In-unit washer and dryer for free \- Smart-TV with streaming apps installed! \- TV in the living room \- Complimentary coffee Bedroom Configuration: Studio : 1 queen bed Ample paid street parking. Paid garage parking for stays >7 days. We have multiple CozySuites units in this building and each one is unique. Decor and layout may vary slightly from what you see in photos. Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following: \- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions. \- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in. \- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking. Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be: 1\. 22 years old for out of town guests 2\. 25 years old for local guests No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule. Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver. Just a few issues with the unit. Dust on the fan and on vents. The bed needs replaced. I informed the host and have no doubt that they took care of it after we left as requested.
