"It is very nice to provide kickback dinner with drinks free of charge especially when inflation is high now. After a long trip guests can relax. Staff are very friendly. Love the hotel. "
"Only problem elevator was not working this morning and I had to drag suitcase down the stairs . As a 70 yr old 103lb woman with arthritis and osteoporosis it was not easy .
Positives : room was clean, bed and bedding very comfortable ."
"Huge room, comfortable bed, quiet for downtown and well located for everything I needed. Will stay again for sure. I do think that for the room rate you could probably stretch to providing the comp water "per night" rather than per stay!"
"Check in was fast, room was clean and really big, bathroom had been remoded, vending machine was empty, neighborhood was ok parking was close to front doors, its close to downtown "

Professional staff and convenient location
"The Hyatt Regency was a beautiful hotel to stay at and conveniently located near the Pokemon event."

"Had stayed at this hotel many times over th years. This year we came back and were a little disappointed. The updates are nice, but I fee because of this , the hotel has lost a lot of its classiness and charm . Used to remind you of a grand ballroom with a very welcoming feeling when you walk in. Now is very contemporary and cold feeling . No affordable breakfast for families, outdoor party and indoor pet going on were extremely loud. Overall people were friendly, but just not a place for families. Sadly we probably won’t be going back. "
