I was disappointed. The heat in my room did not work. They weren't able to give a other room. The bed was hard. This is the first Marriott hotel I stayed in that i was disappointed. I was given handicap accessible room and i didn't ask for.

The staff was very friendly and accommodations were clean & comfortable. We stayed here for the 2024 solar eclipse, and it was just what we needed.

The room was as pictured online but looks were deceiving. The sheets smelled and the shower floor had pink residue from lack of cleaning. The refrigerator didnt work and smelled like it was overheating. It was also dirty. To get to the room from the front entrance we had to go through a maze of hallways. You can park by the exit near your room but the parking spaces are small and practically sticking out into the road. Cars drove around the building fast. The road was one way like an ally. The only area that was well lit was in front by the entrance.
