The owner was nice but this was the worst hotel/motel experience I’ve ever had. My room was a complete disaster and looked like it’s been neglected for a long time. The paint on the wall was peeling away, they had drilled holes mid way through our stay to run wires between rooms and never bothered to clean up the dry wall. The beds were hard and very uncomfortable. The floors and bathroom were fairly dirty. The shower handle’s fixture was broken and had to be held in place with my other hand before pulling, otherwise it would break off of the wall. The room key kept getting reset. Worst of all there were SEVERAL cockroaches and bugs in our room and bathroom. I will never again stay in this location nor recommend it to anyone else.

There was dirty underwear on the floor of the room. Requested a double room for me and my friend but was given one king bed. Nasty stuff in fridge and all over floor and walls. No one had cleaned the room or changed bedding. Didn’t feel comfortable even undoing covers down. Despite this piece of crap hole (so disgusting the word motel is even an insult above whatever this hovel was) and the fact it’s misrepresented wildly, they took great pleasure in stealing my money because they wouldn’t allow a late checkin caused by unforeseen circumstances on the trip to Indianapolis so not only did I waste money on a night I “stayed” (was so nasty couldn’t even sleep, bugs crawling everywhere in the room) I also had money stolen for a night I was not allowed to stay.

The people at the front desk were so rude and unprofessional it was crazy. Trash underneath the beds, filthy all around and not to mention the roaches crawling in the tub and on walls. This place should be shut down !!!!! Do not waste your money or time at this place it’s a freaking dive 😡😡😡😡 And to top it off they wouldn’t even refund our money back to us !

Sorry, but the place is a slum. Most run down flop house i have ever seen. Disgusting doesnt cover it. I really wish i had one nice thing to say about it. I was booked for 2 nights and only stayed one. Couldn't do it.

The condition of the property was deplorable and the room was unsafe as the smoke detector wasn't present. If you would like pictures I can forward them but I already sent an email with them. I would like a refund.

The property & the room was dirty. I found a cockroach in the bathroom. No working smoke detector with wires showing through the ceiling. The room wasn't clean at all. The dirty caked up around the edges of the walls. There was drug residue in the sitting chair. Absolutely the worst motel I've ever been to or stayed in.

The room was not at all what was advertised. The mattress was dirty, the comforter on the bed had burn holes and the two pillows that were on the bed were the thinnest pillows I had ever seen. When my husband asked for more pillows at least, the office manager tried to say that he didn't have any pillows. Then, the shower had paint chipping in the bottom of the tub. We did not stay here. Knowing we wouldn't get a refund, we just checked out and went to another hotel.

This place had roaches, not clean, staff was rude, and didn’t have no compassion . I offer to pay extra for early check in to get ready for my aunt funeral, and was told that’s not the problem.

DON'T STAY HERE
While the property looks good from the outside, this was the most disgusting hotel I've ever went to. The mattresses did not have fitted sheets and only had sheets thrown on them. One of the sheets had brown stains on them. THe room smelled very musty and old. The toilet was not attached to the ground and if you moved it would lift up. The faucet in the shower was falling off. The sink in the bathroom didn't drain. After being there a few hours, I decided to book a new room. When I left, the smell of the hotel was attached to my clothes. For $10 more I went to a place that was actually clean and had owners that cared about their property.
