Located on Market St and close to monument circle/convention center/Lucas Oil, you will enjoy the convenience of this prime location. We are excited to host you and our 24/7 customer service will be available by text, email, or call! The Space: Our spacious one bedroom apartment features inviting living areas, fully-equipped kitchens, and bathrooms complete with toiletries. Building amenities include a large outdoor pool and sundeck, fitness center, grilling area and fireplace, and bike storage. You can also enjoy : \- In-unit washer and dryer for free \- Smart-TV with streaming apps installed! \- TV in the living room \- Complimentary coffee We have multiple CozySuites units in this building and each one is unique. Decor and layout may vary slightly from what you see in photos. Bedroom Configuration: Bedroom 1: 1 queen bed Guest Access: Guests will have full access to the apartment throughout their stay. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver.
