Welcome to our 7BR/7BA apartments in Indianapolis! This combined listing includes 7 separate 1BR/1BA units, each with a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living area with sofa bed, smart TV, and high-speed internet. Ideal for groups who want to stay close but still enjoy their own private space.  
  
Parking passes are available for purchase (subject to availability). Please note: the heating system is louder than average when running, so earplugs are recommended for light sleepers.

Each of the unit consists,  
  
● 1 Living room - Sofa bed  
  
● 1 bedroom - queen bed

● Fully equipped kitchen

● Ring doorbell on the outside of the door.

We offer parking passes for the on-site lot behind the building. Please contact us in advance to reserve a spot as spaces are limited. The rates for parking are $20 per night, $100 per week, and $250 per month.

To complete your booking process and get your Guest Access information you will be connected with the Enso Connect Guest Experience app. Once you have completed your verification process you will receive your Enso “Boarding Pass” with your Guest Access information.  
  
The Enso Connect guest verification process will require:

• Cancellations: Check your booking platform’s policy. Even for full refunds, a 4% credit card fee applies (except Airbnb).
