Check in was hectic, the man working was filling in from another hotel, no other staff was there - including house keeping. I arrived around 3:30pm and was told our room wasn't ready - still had to be cleaned. (Which he had done for the guests before and after me from what I heard). When I got to our room, there were no towels, no kitchen items (dishes, utensils, pots/pans) which we had planned to use during the weekend, the room had an stale scent, and sheets were a little stained.
The man working Friday night was very pleasant and obviously had been dealing with a lot that day. The lady who took over for the rest of the weekend was also pleasant and helpful.
