When I confirmed the reservation I was told the breakfast was included but upon check in, no breakfast at all and they said the new policy was just updated 3 days before my check in date. Also the noisy proof of the room was the most terrible one of all my hotel staying experience. You can hear the step sound from 360 degree, totally!

Dave Koz Christmas Concert
i worked til noon and drove three hours to carmel, indiana to see the dave koz christmas concert that tuesday evening when i arrived i was cheerfully greeted and checked in. had a wonderful room on the second floor. the convenience of having everything there (except dishes and utensils) was great as i brought food not knowing where to go since i am not from the area. i went down to the front desk and asked if i could use couple dishes. i was asked if i needed utensils but i did bring a knife and fork. my room was clean, bed comfortabe, shower nice. i will be coming back again next year. thank you

Cheaper alternative if attending events downtown. Easy drive to Lucas Oil. Room was clean however it wasn't ready at the advertised check in time of 3'00 pm.

Front desk staff extremely rude, was told to go buy an air mattress if extra space was needed for 2 people. Smell on hallway and room was not great either, hotel rooms needs to be updated as well.

Room was supposed to sleep 4 (queen sofa bed), but sofa bed was the size of a twin. The front desk gave us some extra bedding and we put the mattress on the floor with the sofa cushions. There were also dead flies on the window sill and people were talking loudly in the parking lot around midnight. The staff was not rude and tried to help, but it seems like this location is not supported to provide a quality stay. I will certainly not book with Extended Stay America, regardless of the price.

I stayed at this location many times. This time the room that i stayed in 221 the refrigerator keep making a loud noise thru out the night a very sleepless night. And in the morning the there was a roach crawling on the wall not a clean environment for me. I wish things could have been different!

We have never stayed at a motel like this. The price was great and our stay was easy and everyone were friendly. I will do it again at a stay America but maybe for a longer stay. It was a great place and would love to thank the staff for being so awesome.

Okay for one night
We had 2 rooms on the 1st floor. The window locks were broken. Surprisingly, the room without carpet smelled like an old sweaty locker room. The room with the carpet had a dirty desk and desk chair, a long with no trash can or bath essentials.

We checked in late from a concert and was able to check in quickly. The person was friendly and helpful. Our first floor window was unlocked when we arrived, there was no facial tissue, only toilet tissue and the room was very humid.

Upon arrival, the clerk was having what appeared to be a personal call as I heard the person call the other “honey.” I was not acknowledged by so much as a head nod and proceeded to wait 2-3 minutes to check in. When I checked in, I was asked for ID for the second room I had reserved, I asked, “why?” The clerk just said policy so I asked “whose policy?” All I received was a blank stare. I proceeded to complete my transaction all while having the most rude, snide conversation with the clerk for no discernible reason from my standpoint. I actually discovered on my own that the name of an occupant is required to log onto the internet. This would have been a perfectly acceptable and logical explanation to my question. Having stayed in multiple hotels over the past couple months, I’ve always been able to reserve all rooms in my name with no problem. Needless to say, this is my first and last time visiting an Extended Stay.
