This building is relatively new, and comes equipped with Washer & Dryer, Stainless steel appliances, a Quartz countertop, a walk-in closet, free fast optic fiber Wifi, and unlimited HBO Max streaming !!! Everything in the apartment is yours to use. Make yourself as comfortable as you can, but please refrain from moving furniture (so you don\`t break it)! A Couch, Barstools, Long Bench. 2 Accent Chairs. 55\`\` Roku TV, with high fast speed Internet. Basic Amenities are provided in the kitchen for cooking, wine glass, coffee mugs, etc. Additional Amenities \*Rooftop Lounge access. \*Movie Room access. This apartment is spacious, clean, and equipped to meet all your needs for a relaxing stay (long or short). Take a load off in this extremely comfy Queen-sized Gel memory foam with a pad. Storage for your items is no problem in the closet with hangers are available. We\`ve included an iron and full-size iron board as well. The kitchen has everything you need to prep tasty meals at any time of day. In the bathroom, we have everything stocked to ensure you feel comfortable. This is a self-check-in, you can access the building from the parking lot south entrance. All our units come equipped with noise sensors. While we do not anticipate the need, following multiple warnings, we will utilize local law enforcement to ensure compliance. Should removal be required, it will be done at the guest\`s expense. Thank you in advance for respecting our community and helping us serve you. Unapproved late checkout will result in a $50 charge for every hour after the scheduled checkout time. There\`s a $100 penalty fee for removing smoke detectors. Parties and Events - Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence will result in a fine of $500.00, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. Noise detection monitors are present. Missing or damaged items - Any evidence of willful or negligent loss or damage to the property, furnishings, decoration, landscaping, towels, linens, or other items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $300.00. Pets are welcome and we can only accommodate 1 pet (Dogs/Cats) per reservation. Guest must notify us of pet and breed before booking. Unauthorized Animal/Pet Fee: $250.00 Towels and linens - Guests are required to keep towels and linens in good condition. Towels and washcloths should not be used to remove makeup or for cleaning purposes. Any permanent stains on towels or linens will fall into the category of negligent damage and are not included in the damage protection policy. Guests should NOT wash comforters or duvet comforters themselves as this can cause damage to those items and the washing machine.
