I was in Indianapolis for a week working a trade show and ate at many different locations. The service in their bar /dining area was excellent, the food selection was very good and the quality was the best I had all week and at a more reasonable price. This is unusual for a large chain hotel. They are doing a great job

The breakfast buffet was excellent and hotel staff was nice. However, after 1 night of stay, they moved us to another room due to plumbing problems in the shower. Also the noise from landing jet planes at night was very loud.

This is a beautiful hotel very convenient to the airport. It’s in an industrial area that you cannot walk anywhere from. There is a restaurant and bar, and you can get food delivered from local restaurants very quickly. There is a small, fully stocked gym and a market with anything you may need. Only complaint was that a very loud building alarm went off both nights around 4/4:30 am. The first went off for a few minutes and we were getting ready to evacuate. Not a soul was in sight or out of their rooms, no staff was visible or reachable at the front desk. Eventually the alarm stopped, and nothing was ever communicated about it. The second night it went off just for a few seconds. We found it strange and worrisome.

My travel buddy asked for a wakeup call in order to catch a very early flight. The man that checked us in assured her it was all set. The call never came. Seriously? It is such a simple request. I checked out later in the morning. The lady who checked me out (I didn't get her name) was wonderful. She was very kind and helpful.
