Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver. We were in town for a baseball tournament at Grand Park which was a quick 20 minutes away. Check in was seamless because of the extremely detailed instructions. Amenities were great. This isn't the fault of apartment management, but did cause us some anxiety, the interior of the building was very dirty & smelled unpleasant. We had problems with the passcodes to enter the building. We received prompt replies from management. Residents of the bullding let us in & after that the key fob worked. The Cozysuites booking and reservation process is way too complicated and cumbersome. It took me five attempts to upload my ID before my VRBO booking was approved. Once my booking was confirmed, I learned that early check-in option was not available. When I arrived at the property, my access code to the building and room did not work. After text and phone calls to the Cozysuites contact, I was able to get into my room an hour after I arrived. During my stay, the only communication I received was a long list of “do not” regulations and warnings that I could be charge extra fees for everything from using more than one towel to losing the key fob and parking sticker. As a VRBO member, this is not a property or company that I would stay at in the future. Too much focus and fees and regulations, rather than customer service. ##### Wesley B.
