The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver. Basic sparse furniture, sofa should not be listed as sleeper/sofa. Our son slept on the sofa - which worked but not very comfortable. Street side unit very loud with music at night.
