The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver. Because it was a sleeper, and had some age, the bars supporting the fold out bed made it very uncomfortable. Security was also problematic. Entering the property from the parking garage required 4 separate codes. I had to make sure my phone was with me at all times so that I had the codes. Location was great however and enjoyed being able to walk to many nearby restaurants and shopping. Needles the local market was great. ##### Brett O.
