A washer/dryer is located inside the apartment for your convenience and a fitness center is free to use onsite as well! Your perfect home away from home awaits! The Space: This cozy apartment is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay. Great amenities are: \- washer and dryer are in the laundry room \[6th floor common area\], not in the unit \- Fully equipped kitchen \- Smart-TV with streaming apps installed! \- Complimentary coffee \- Fitness center access \- Multiple parking lots that offer daily parking at very reasonable prices within a 2 block radius! \- Direct sky bridge connection to various hotels and the convention center for convenience! Decor and layout may vary slightly from what you see in photos. Guest Access: The entire unit is for your use and all building amenities are accessible! There is a living room, kitchen, for a relaxing stay. The Neighborhood: Couldn't be in a more convenient location! Steps to anything! One block from Indy’s Circle Center, Circle Centre Mall & the Statehouse Two blocks to the Indiana Convention Center & museums 5 minute walk to Gainbridge Fieldhouse 10 minute walk to Victory or Lucas Oil Stadium Getting Around: The unit is located in downtown Indianapolis. 18 minutes drive from IND-Indianapolis International Airport. A 10 minutes walk to Indianapolis Station. Next to TJ Maxx and the circle. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver. Even asked ahead of time what I needed to do. Was told to follow signs. There are no signs of how to get to it, just a map of downtown Indy and where the skywalk goes. Once they sent me a video I realized you had to have access with a key fob but you have to return the fob so you can’t take it on your last day. As a coach carrying a bunch of equipment , this was the reason for me booking this place. The parking near it is also shady. You have to walk in an alley under construction. Had a couple scary incidents. The apartment itself is nice. The bed is hard as a rock so I couldn’t sleep at all. The bathroom was made for anyone 5’6 and under- sink, toilet and shower. The kitchen is nice and the facility itself is nice however, it isn’t on Illinois street like they say. The entrance is actually on market street. The best and really only thing that I gave them 5 stars for was communication. They were quick to respond and answer questions. ##### Cassie L. I'm not one to write reviews on literally anything but this one I felt was needed. I stayed alone for 3 days in Indianapolis for Business. When I arrived I grabbed a coffee next door (because 4pm check in sucks) and was warned that the place wasn't safe. My guard was up after that, but after the second day I felt fine there. Lots of young people walking around. I used the skywalk the most and not the main entrance. The towels didn't look clean, the carpet needs cleaning, I was unsure about the sheets and the bed is so hard its not even funny. The windows are so dirty that you can hardly see out of them. I liked the space and the place could be really cool, just needs a deep clean. I also believe that the cookware wasn't clean. When I left I put the sheets and towels in a pile so they would get cleaned and couldn't get reused. ##### Mariah R.
