Initially assigned room with heavy perfume smell. Presumably prior guest smoked and either they or the maid attempted to correct it. While front desk promptly assigned another room, it should never have been in the inventory.

This was a reasonably priced property for what it is: a clean, decent place to stop for the night. Some limited office amenities, a small pool, but the breakfast was lacking: Basic cereals, toast, bagels, muffins and coffee. Staff claimed the juice machine was out of order, and the kitchen staff called off, so no hot foods of any kind were available for a Sunday morning. We were unable to check in at 2:40pm because the staff rigorously enforces their 3pm check in time, but welcomed us to sit and wait in the lobby until then. No restaurants or bars are located here, but some dining was available across the street.

Great Job Guys!
We were impressed with all their Covid protocols, from the desk to the room, there were clean vs ‘dirty’ pens, hand sanitizers at the elevators, etc. They’re doing a great job of protecting their clientele!

Wonderfully accommodating staff - always willing to ensure that you are comfortable and enjoying your stay! I inquired about staying in a quieter part of the hotel and they did there absolute BEST to do so! Great breakfast - not to be missed!

Very easy off/on I-70, making it great for an overnight stop. Front desk staff friendly and attentive. Breakfast more than sufficient and tasty. Indoor pool looked inviting, though we didn't have time to use it.

We travel a lot and felt this hotel was over priced for the quality of the hotel. We have stayed at other Comfort Inns and have felt they were great value. In our room the bathroom ceiling was extremely stained. There had obviously been a major leak above. Expected more for $120 a night. Wouldn't stay there again.

Better than medicine?
This place saved my health. I had been driving all day and was fighting off a bit of a spring time head cold. After my initial booking at another hotel was deemed so unsatisfactory that I couldn’t even stay there, the Comfort Inn - Greenfield was a welcome oasis. Exactly what I needed. A great night's rest and a warm breakfast in the morning helped me feel better and I could feel my head cold fading away. I will definitely stay here again and what’s great about it is easy access back onto I-70 west to head to Indy which is only about 15min away. Thanks again y’all.
