Enjoy comfort and convenience when staying in our beautifully decorated home just north of Indianapolis. Perfect for extended-stay business travelers, visiting nurses and doctors, or families in the area for sporting events at Grand Park alike, you will find your home away from home on Copper Tree. Our place features plenty of room to spread out and get comfortable, including a fully-equipped kitchen and large dining room table.

Three beautifully appointed bedrooms with luxury memory foam mattresses await your stay. Fluffy white towels stock the two full baths upstairs. Downstairs, find a comfortable sectional sofa in the front living room, and a cushy sleeper sofa and chair in the rear family room, with gas fireplace, TV and WiFi.

I absolutely loved the location of this property! It’s walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, and the wonderful Cool Creek Park! For all that, it’s a nice quiet neighborhood. The property is spotless, the kitchen is well equipped and all the appliances functioned perfectly. The property host, Heather, was delightful and responsive. We couldn’t have been more comfortable!

Space was great for big group. Beds were comfy and we appreciated the easy check out. Location is close to many stores & restaurants which was helpful. Would love to see something done with the backyard, that would really elevate the listing. Stay was overall great!

The property is as presented in the listing. The downside is that the bathroom cleanliness floor, toilet base and tub surround needs improvement. Kitchen is fine and supplies appreciated including the dishes, glassware etc. Well supplied. Appointments as anticipated based on the pictures and entry / exit very simple. Appreciated the simplicity of the entire transaction.
