This completely renovated home boasts two bedrooms with two full bathrooms to create the perfect space to relax separately while the living room and kitchen are perfect for conversation flow. Minutes to Broad Ripple, Carmel, Nora, IronWorks, Keystone at the Crossing, and I-465. \*Please note - beginning in the fall of 2022 - there will be a detached guest house on the property. Each home will have dedicated parking near its own front entrance. Please do not block access to/from the detached guest home. Each home will also have its own dedicated outdoor space. You'll frequently see children riding their bikes or adults walking their dogs. This neighborhood is conveniently located off Keystone Avenue on Indy's Northside. Parking is available in the driveway. Ubers/Lyfts are also available in the area. Please note the home is under camera surveillance outside only. There is a doorbell camera and a secondary camera on the west side of the home facing the driveway. Both cameras record motion/clips/sound and will be on. Please only utilize the parking spaces near the front entry door. There is ample space for two vehicles. Should additional parking be needed, there is street parking available in front of the home. Please do not block the garage guest house parking area.
