It's in an older, working class neighborhood but there were no issues with anyone. Not a lot around immediately, except for the Garfield Park botanical gardens but it's just a short dribe or rideshare to downtown Indy (less than 10 mins. Had a decent-sized, fenced in backyard if you are travelling with a dog. Overall, a nice place to stay. Only small concern is that the current fridge is older and the seal is worn on the door and won't stay shut. The seal needs replaced or the whole fridge needs replaced eventually. Has a Kuwrig-style coffeemaker so you'll need to bring your own K cups or another coffeemaker. Host is responsive and accomodating. ##### Steve T. The refrigerator door does not stay shut because it is old and the magnet doesn’t hold it shut. It should be replaced.
