Located moments away from downtown Indianapolis, Butler University, and the Broad Ripple area! The space Step into this spacious 3000sqft remodeled historic residence boasting 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. With a king, queen, two twins (bunk beds) – all equipped with brand new foam mattresses – everyone is ensured a restful sleep. The fully renovated bathroom features a large shower with filtered water, along with complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The kitchen has everything you'll need from the basics, as well as an air fryer, wine glasses, baking dishes and pans, and a full rack of spices to choose from! Whether you're cooking for the whole family or just you, this kitchen will suit every need for you and your guests. You will be able to seat up to 8 guests at the dinning room table for a family feast. We offer private parking in the back for one car and a fenced in yard with a deck, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. There is also plenty of free street parking in the front of the home if you prefer to park there. This home is centrally located downtown, just a couple minutes from shopping and dining. My spouse is 75 and I’m 71 so we had a hard time with the stairs and the W/D was in basement so more stairs. The kitchen was great. We had everything we needed as well as appliances. Having an icemaker was great as we were attending outside event. The beds were VERY comfortable. We had plenty towels. The original door handle on the bathroom door came off the first time it was closed. The upstairs air conditioners didn’t work when we got there but an electrician came within an hour.
