Guarded 24 hours a day, it boasts over 3,200 square feet of living area and large outdoor living space. \*\*\* 30 day Minimum \*\*\* This stunning home leads you through floor to ceiling retractable 10' glass doors to an entertainer's dream backyard. The outdoors come to life as you step out into the breathtaking 180 degree mountain views, as you enjoy a cocktail or swim in the newly tiled private salt water pool. This property is south-facing and surrounded by the majestic Santa Rosa mountains that bask in the sun during the day and are illuminated at night. No detail was missed inside or outside this luxurious vacation home. This is private indoor / outdoor living at its finest! The living room is spacious and the ultimate in cool. Glass walls completely retract extending the space to the outdoors. Fabulous for both entertaining or hanging out by the very modern fireplace, with fire glass, or spreading out on comfortable ultra-modern sectionals, watching the 70' flat screen TV. The sunken wet bar is conveniently nearby. The large gourmet kitchen comes equipped a Roku-enabled 42’ flat screen TV, granite counter tops, Miele and Decor appliances including a built-in coffee/espresso maker, steam oven, double oven, microwave, and warming drawer. There is ample storage both in the kitchen. The master bedroom has a beautiful blue glass fireplace, his and hers walk-in closets, spa-like oversized shower with multiple showerheads and jetted oversized tub. The bedroom elegantly opens onto the pool area. However, this part of the house is also separate from everything else. Off the master bedroom is a secluded private patio and courtyard featuring lemon, lime, orange, fig and grapefruit trees. This area also boasts its own fire pit and seating area. The guest room has a queen bed, an en-suite bathroom and cozy seating/reading area. This bedroom also opens to the pool and backyard. The casita, with its own separate entrance and en-suite bathroom, is equipped with a king bed, refrigerator, sink and coffee maker. All 3 bedrooms have 42' flat screen TV’s enabled with Roku. The bedrooms have electric window shades that offer all the flexibility and privacy options you will need - whether fully open to enjoy bright views or lovely soft light through sheers for room darkening and privacy. The salt water pool, large waterfall, spa and 2 fire pits make this an outdoor oasis. Take a dip or swim laps in the custom (gas and solar heated) saltwater pool with overhead spill waterfall. Splash around in the Baja shelf, lounge and relax in the spa, and entertain by connecting your favorite playlist to the outdoor speaker. Or, simply unwind and connect to nature by listening to the wind rustling through the palm trees or the lovely singing birds that call this area home. The indoor living space has a great flow, never feeling crowded or that we were stepping over one another. The lighting, fireplaces, and tasteful furniture appointments add greatly to the overall feel and experience. The outdoor living space provides a spectacular view along with a pool, spa, firepits, cooking area, eating area, and sun lounging areas – endless options for relaxing or having fun in the sun individually or as a group. Abundant high-quality amenities make vacationing and hosting a small group of people here a dream – bed linens, kitchen amenities, sun chairs, sun towels, etc. – all top-notch. We also appreciated the extra security with the controlled gate into the community and how central everything was for shopping, restaurants, and acquiring supplies. Elsa and Randy are the consummate hosts making us feel comfortable in their home, and they could not have been more responsive to our requests. The backyard was all we could have hoped for - warm pool, deep spa, gorgeous views, misters, barbecue, spots for everyone to gather or go solo with a book.
