« This unit was very clean and the inside was well maintained. We did not use the outdoor areas as we were in town to visit family. The property is right off a main road giving easy access to town. It was not an issue for us, but the 3rd bedroom is a converted lanai in the front of the home. It was attached to the home but the front door remained closed and it had its own window unit for air. « The condo was very clean. It was quiet and close to the clubhouse. It was convenient for us to travel to our daughter and her family. It also had nice parking. It was sparsely furnished, could use more to make it cozier and less echo. Had no hand towels or dish towels.We would rent again, hopefully next year! »

« We loved this rental! This property is well decorated and maintained. Homosassa feels like old world Florida and we loved spending time both in the town and this rental.
