Indian Valley Vacation Packages

Hotel was clean but there was only one staff person at desk. I asked for a pet free room but was not given one. I was told there are not designated rooms with no pets allowing. This is not good for allergy sufferers like myself. Kids were running down the hall and pushing all the elevator buttons. People were in the hall talking loud and laughing at 11:30 pm. We had to get up at 5am. There was no continental breakfast but room price was good

Location was a plu.

I appreciated the staff cleaning and making up the room everyday. The breakfast served every morning was fresh and delicious. Overall, the hotel was quiet and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.

Only complaint was the traffic noise. Other than that a nice stay!

Well, the start to our stay wasn’t the best. We showed up an hour and a half past check-in time and they did not have a room cleaned for us and then had to wait another half an hour so at the beginning I was a little upset. The property was beautiful. The pool was nice. I was a little upset. We spent four hours at the pool and no one restocked the towels the whole time until we came to the front office. I did expect a little more. I’ve never been to a hotel and had to wait that long past check-in time.
