The property—which includes the exquisitely constructed 9,000+ square foot main residence—is located on a scenic bluff at Red Pine Point, a naturally beautiful area offering gentle westerly winds and breathtaking sunsets. This incredible vacation lodge has amenities that you can’t find anywhere else, including a full Dublin-style pub with pool table, a full game room, sauna, steam room, surround-sound home theater with 120-inch screen & stadium seating, hot tub, fireplaces throughout, and a spectacular dock on the property’s over-100 feet of exclusive shoreline. The main house & charming carriage house provide a total of 9 bedrooms,12 Baths, and can sleep up to 22 guests. The main house includes 5 bedrooms (2 with gas fireplaces), 7 bathrooms (2 with steam showers), & a large dining room which seats 12\. The kitchen includes top-of-the-line appliances, library with gas fireplace, living room with wood burning stove and family room with wood burning fireplace. The workout room, located in basement,has a full bath,steam shower,sauna, treadmill, elliptical,and both machine and free weights. The basement also has a large game area with an 8’ pool table, 22’ full size shuffleboard,Chexx Bubble Boy hockey,Golden Tee, 2 multicades,5 pinballs and 2 bar top megatouch games. There is a beautiful Dublin style pub bar situated within the game area which is perfect for entertaining. In addition to all this is a theater with a 120” screen that seats 10\. The theater can be used for viewing Blu Ray movies or Directv. The charming carriage house has 4 bedrooms. The master suite takes the entire top floor and includes a gas burning stove,king sized burl wood bed, satellite TV, the bathroom has a full-sized Jacuzzi tub,two vanities,stand up shower with full body spray and euro glass. Two of the other bedrooms include their own unique king sized bed and full bathroom each finished uniquely in limestone and granite. The last bedroom is a bunk bed with queen sized mattress and has its own full bathroom uniquely in limestone and granite. The living room includes a large screen TV, natural burning three sided fireplace, dining room table for six and bar area that has five chairs. The kitchen is fully functional with full size refrigerator, stove,dishwasher, microwave and under counter ice maker. Throughout both main house and carriage house is a newly upgraded audio/video system that has FM, sirius xm as well as a large preloaded music library. Throughout the home you will use Ipad minis to control the TV’s, theater and music selections. Several areas also have in wall touch screens which also control these functions. Attached to the main house is a screened porch with wood fireplace, natural gas grill, and seating. The backyard is large enough for volleyball and the front of the home includes a hot tub, table and chairs. Near the lake shore you will find 1,600 sq ft of decks with a screened gazebo and numerous seating choices. Beautiful view We rented this house for a wedding and were incredible pleased with all aspects of our stay. The house looks exactly as it does in the pictures. And more importantly all the amenities worked during our stay. The sauna, the jacuzzi, the movie room. It was spotless when we arrived both inside and out. There was lots of space for 20 guests who stayed in the house. The artwork was amazing and enhanced the already phenomenal property. The patio area was the most popular place to gather. The lake is beautiful but was still a little cool the end of June. The living room and family room layouts facilitated gatherings. The game room was the most popular room for all ages, amazing selection. Among rental properties and hotels the fitness room had better equipment than all but high end hotels. It was better stocked than any other property we've rented. The property manager was very friendly, helpful, and responsive. As mentioned in other reviews going from the lake to the house can be a challenge for some. We had an awesome week together. The house offers activities and space for everyone. The basement area was a particular hit with a pool table, many arcade games, shuffleboard, a theater room and fitness center. The back patio was our favorite spot to hang out and enjoy time together. The only drawback was the huge number of stairs down to the lake. We heard that a lift is being installed but would recommend that people are aware of the 100 steps down to the lake. It didn't deter our family from enjoying the beautiful lake! We would highly recommend this house for large family vacations! ##### Terry S. We can’t all make it for the entire week but arrive and depart according to family work schedules. The adult children, their spouses and our grandchildren all loved the home and beach area. Driveway had room for all family and guest vehicles. The basement arcade and theater room were a huge hit. I spent at least two hours per day in the indoor BBQ and fireplace room which includes a make-up air ventilation system. The home has a Smart System which is intuitive and convenient. Building Managers were there to answer questions and address issues as necessary. Obviously, the pricing is at the higher end of the VRBO range but for the first time (in comparison to our previous Charlevoix and Harbor Springs venues), I feel like we received the accommodations we paid for! ##### Joseph D. The rooms were all so interesting as the house was decorated with some beautiful artwork. We took advantage of a fun game room, home theater room, hot tub and pontoon boat! We cruised and fished on Mullet Lake. While staying here we took a day trip to Makinaw Island which was a 40 minute drive to catch the ferry… very convenient!The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. Jill and Jim were very helpful and responsive with any questions we had.The only down side was the steps to the lake but by the end of the week we were all in better shape. ##### Maria S. The main house was nice, with plenty of room for everyone.
