« Beautiful manicured setting overlooking a magnificent lagoon and beyond the Strait of Juan de Fuca, Protection Island National Wildlife Refuge, and the San Juan Islands and Mt Baker are visible.Everything about this house makes you want to spend time there. It’s a multiple year vacation choice for us and we’ve booked 2026 already. There is no nicer place to stay on VRBO if you like quiet, an incomparable setting and a well designed, very comfortable house. The Best. »

« This is a beautiful property with a great view! The house is beautifully decorated, outfitted and immaculate. Beach is easy to access but rocky. Just to Note: the king bedroom upstairs is an open loft—so great view from there but not private. The larger of the two queen bedrooms is downstairs adjacent to the gane room. Very roomy. The third bedroom is off the kitchen. Arrangement might be important to some but worked for us. The driveway in front of the house is extremely steep with no flat...

« Check-in super easy. The kitchen was large and had everything we needed to our stay. The windows at the sink looking out to the garden like yard and then the water was dream like. Our time here was simply magical. It was exactly what was needed to get back to our quiet peace and connect with nature. »

« The Gnome Cabin offers a delightful experience. The property's cozy, whimsical atmosphere is immediately charming. My eleven year old nephew absolutely adored all the gnomes. We went around trying to count them all, and kept finding more. This cabin was comfortable and felt like a home away from home. 10/10 Highly recommend! »

« If you want a view of the sound that can’t be beat, this is the place for you. 10/10 would stay again!Our stay was excellent. House was pristine/clean condition when we arrived. On the warm side, but plenty of fans and open windows cooled everything off real quick. Bed and pillows made for a wonderful nights sleep as well. »

« We had never been to this area and the house was the perfect home base to use to explore the area. There’s a lot of beaches and state parks to enjoy on the island and we also explored the area’s other features including Port Townsend and wineries/cideries. The house was beautifully maintained and comfortable and we loved being there and on the water. »

« This was our first time to Washington and staying at this house just added to our trip! The views from the deck are Unbelievable - we could even see Mt Rainier on our last day. The house was spotless - there were countless options for cooking meals and even relaxing! We absolutely loved it! »
