We went to Melbourne, in July for nine days for a softball tournament. Yes it was HOT but the house was our oasis. It is so deceiving, small on the outside but BIG on the inside. Fully stocked big kitchen and 5 minutes from Public or Walmart to keep us stocked. In the garage there were bikes, beach toys (a lot of them) and a BIG cooler! Inside there were a lot of games. I had to order Throw Throw Burrito for when we got home and taught my grand daughter how to play chess. This trip and this house will be remembered forever. This was by far the most relaxing vacation for us! The house is beautifully done, very close to a quiet, clean and beautiful beach. The owners are great and thought of anything and everything that one would need on vacation. The house is so well equipped, fully stacked kitchen, bikes, fishing equipment, boogie boards and beach toys for the kids. Even a wagon to pull all the fun stuff to the beach! The house was great and in a quiet neighborhood close to the beach. Super clean and well stocked. Had a minor issue at check-in with our code not working, but a quick call to Jim and we were good to go. Pros: clean, well-stocked kitchen, AWESOME warm pool, proximity to the beach, games/books/activities if you have kids, lots of seating in the living/dining room Cons: the beds are HARD (we're used to much softer), the sheets were like velcro and stuck to PJs making it hard to roll over and get comfortable, the nonstick pans are very well used and scratched Overall, we had a great little getaway to the beach and really enjoyed this house. The house is super clean and very well stocked with all the essentials plus extras. The hosts replied very quickly anytime I contacted them.
