It was fully stocked with all the kitchen and household essentials and well as beach essentials. There was easy access to the beach. Appreciate the onsite elevator for loading and unloading. There were some concerns about cleanliness especially issues with black mold in the washing machine and all along the shower and tub caulking/grout. We also had a cockroach and sugar ants that we dealt with all week despite keeping a very clean kitchen and living space. Every area of the unit was extremely spacious and well maintained. The furniture on the balcony was sturdy and comfortable, with an amazing picturesque view of the beach. The mattresses in each bedroom was extremely plush and comfortable. After a long day on the beach, we enjoyed relaxing on the big comfy sectional. We enjoyed having plenty of cabinet space to put away our food and had ample closet/dresser space for our clothes and luggage. It was nice to have basic beach gear in the closet for use (2 beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys, etc.). To be honest we felt right at home staying here. Everywhere you look, you can tell that the owner takes a lot of pride and puts genuine effort in ensuring their unit is well maintained.
