It’s an 8-10 minute walk to the beach with a safety crosswalk to get there-very easy. Beautiful minimalist beach house that felt like old Florida. The house was very uncluttered with plenty of room for our things like suitcases and dog beds placed here and there. Extremely comfy king bed and bedding. My husband loved the height-adjusting desk so now we have to buy one at home. He was very comfortable working every day from Yvette’s house. A nice plus was the big backyard for the dogs to run around in. The neighborhood felt very safe, and everyone was so nice and waved to us as we walked the dogs. It’s in an area that has plenty of restaurants nearby and is right between Publix and Winn Dixie for groceries. I really have no negatives to say about it! We had everything we needed in a safe area near the beach for the right price. What more can you ask for? ##### Tammy S. It’s in an amazing location off of A1A and very close to the beach, Publix/supermarket, and local restaurants. Home was super clean and fully equipped for beach activities (chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, etc.). It was the perfect space for our family of 3 which included a home office with a standing desk and a huge backyard. She was a super responsive host whenever we needed to get in contact with her.
