Retreat to this Beach House 2/2 right in the Heart of Melbourne Florida. This beach-themed 2/2 home has a full kitchen, open layout living, and dining room, screened-in back patio with a grill, fully fenced-in back yard, laundry, and saltwater heated pool. Your home away from home is a mere three-minute walk to Paradise Beach Park, featuring 3 beach access points, 3 covered pavilions, a playground and so much more. Your home away from home has a pool and is just a short walk from the crisp Atlantic Ocean waters, restaurants, beach volleyball, and so much more!

Please note, this house is part of a duplex. This house has its own private entrance and the house is not shared. The only shared space is the large covered patio and pool. Each house has its own seating area just outside the house.

The Master bedroom overlooks the pool and the 2nd bedroom overlooks the front yard and the bathroom is in the hallway.

You will be provided a unique access code to the keypad three (3) days before your arrival.
You will have access to the entire side of the duplex including the garage.

We live locally and can be available via text or call. I can interact with you as little or as much as you need.

Friendly, beach town neighborhood that you're guaranteed to fall in love with! You'll likely see neighbors walking or biking to the beach to catch some waves.

We are right across the street from the beach, restaurants, and entertainment so walking is very doable. The grocery store is only 2 miles away and just a quick Uber away. We do have parking in the driveway as well as curbside.

Dogs: Dogs are allowed on the Premises with pre-approval from the host (no breed or weight restrictions).
A pet fee of $75 per dog plus a $250 refundable deposit per reservation must be paid. If any damages are found by your dog, the guest is responsible for any and all repairs. If evidence of a dog(s) is found and no dogs were approved, a $500 fee will be collected.

Cats: Sorry, we are not accepting cats at this time. If the presents of a cat are found or reported, a $500 fee will be collected.

A signed rental agreement must be signed before the door code is provided.
If you happen to find damage when you arrive or if something is not working properly, please notify us as soon as possible. We promise to address the issue right away.

Tenants: The house is for use only by the contracted party and their reserved overnight guests. Events, parties, and additional persons are prohibited due to insurance, parking, and space limitations. Please do not invite other people to our home/beach. If additional persons or pets are on the property without the owner's prior approval, a $500 fee will apply and the reservation will be terminated immediately.

Smoking: No smoking indoors.

Parking: Do not park on the grass.

Pool: The pool is to be used at your own risk. All children must be supervised at all times, a child safety gate is provided and can be put up by guests at any time. The pool is shared with the other side of the duplex, please be respectful of other guests' space.

No pets allowed in the pool.

The pool is cleaned on Mondays. This pool is heated, and the heater is located on the East side of the duplex.

Dogs: YOU MUST INFORM HOSTS IF A FUR FRIEND(S) IS JOINING YOU! (DOGS ONLY)
With pre-approval, we DO allow dogs with a $75 pet fee for each pet plus a $250 refundable cleaning/repair deposit. If the home and yard are found clean and no evidence of damages, a portion will be returned to the guest. The portion kept covers extra sanitation, if extra cleaning is needed, your refund will be affected. If any damages are found by your dog, the guest is responsible for any and all repairs.
If evidence of a dog(s) is found and no dogs were approved, a $500 fee will be collected.

TV:
All TV’s have Roku: please use your own digital subscription to sign in, be sure to sign out before check out.

Toilets:
Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilets. This includes paper towels, personal hygiene products, diapers, pull-ups, etc. You may dispose of these items in the trash. The system is very sensitive and will back up if these items are flushed.

Cleaning:
Our home is professionally cleaned and laundered prior to every stay. As mentioned in the check-out notes, we would very much appreciate it if before leaving, you would start one full load of towels. Please do NOT wash bed linens and towels together. Bag all trash. Load and start the dishwasher. This is a huge help in the cleaning process and allows arriving guests the possibility of an earlier check-in.

Heat/Air Conditioning:
During your visit, please try to stay environmentally aware with respect to energy consumption. Please do not set the temperature lower than 73 degrees and do not leave doors or windows open with the air conditioner or heat running as this will damage the AC. If leaving the house for a few hours, please adjust the thermostat accordingly and turn off all lights. Thank you!

Refrigerator:
The refrigerator and freezer should be in perfect working condition with temperatures set properly. Please do not adjust the temperature in an attempt to make the units colder as this could damage the unit.

Supplies:
All bed linens and bath/beach towels are supplied, as well as dishes, flatware, cooking equipment, iron, hairdryers, and a coffee maker. We provide dishwashing soap/sponge, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, and hand soap. Please do not use bath towels as beach towels. Beach towels are located in the closet, beach towels are in the closet. We also have a pack and play. A full propane tank is provided for the grill, if you run out, there should be a spare located in the garage. If you utilize the spare, please let us know so we can get that refilled before the next guest.

Neighbors/Noise: Please respect the neighbors and local rules. Amplified sounds (music, singing, etc) must be turned off by 10 pm.

Nice getaway

Easy check in and out, walking distance to the beach,granddaughter loved the pool loved the communication with management. Highly recommend. Our labradoodle had enclosed yard to play.

Nice location for our stay

We enjoyed our short stay and the property was perfect for two couples. The property was clean and our stay was relaxing. Good communication from owner and check in/check out was easy. This location is convenient to beach and entertainment, including walking distance to several restaurants and bars. If in the area again would be happy to stay here again.

Went to look at Florida institute of technology for our son as he is interested in engineering.

Our stay was a mix, we had our 2 dogs with us. My husband and son went to universal. We had appointment at FIT. We enjoyed the pool and beach. If you’re looking for a place that has everything, and you can bring your dogs. This is a good fit. If you’re going to visit Florida institute of Technology this also is a good fit.

Perfect location, size and amenities!

My family absolutely loved staying here! Already looking at the calendar to book again. Location was perfect! Size was more than enough for our family of four including two boys ages 7 and 8. The beach and the pool were the main events. Close to great restaurants, coffee and ice cream! We couldn’t have asked for a better week. Communication prior to arrival was quick and even though I asked on short notice we were able to gain access a smidge before check in time. Thank you for having us!

Awesome place for pet friendly family!

This property was PERFECT for our family (two adults, three kids, and two dogs). The location is extremely convenient. The owners were fantastic to work with and have little touches throughout the place that help make it that much more homey and welcoming. We will definitely be back!!
