You will find yourself in a very central beach side location about 10 minute walking distance from the nearest beach (2 min drive) and 2 miles to Melbourne/EauGallie Arts Distruct (4 min drive). Shopping (Win Dixie, Walmart, Publix) are also walking distance. Right across the street is Corey's Bagels, one of our favorite breakfast spots. Their Lox and Bagel is mouth-wateringly delicious. The home is beautifully set up with two master bedrooms and it overlooks a pond where you will see many animals like ducks, turtles and many birds. It was quiet and peaceful.
