2nd floor two story new renovated beachfront condo. Feels like a private home just steps to the beach. Two car garage and community pool. 3 bedrooms 21/2 bath. Master bedroom and beautifully appointed master bath has view from every window and private large deck. Desirable location situated between the Hilton and Crowne Plaza. Property is not a high rise and there are only 8 units total. Close to Eau Gallie Blvd and Satellite beach. Restaurants and entertainment are all nearby for your enjoyment. Once inside this little oasis all you see is the beautiful Atlantic Ocean with amazing sunrises every morning. A true total paradise.

We absolutely adored this place. The hosts were incredibly friendly and easy to converse with. The ocean view was breathtaking, and the beach was conveniently accessible. It felt like a warm embrace, like coming home. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the master bedroom boasted a spacious and luxurious shower. We were thoroughly impressed by the well-stocked kitchen, complete with all the essential cookware and home essentials. We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing on the balcony, taking in the stunning view. If we ever find ourselves in the area again, we would eagerly return to this delightful haven. We didn’t want to leave!

We really enjoyed our stay in this excellent condo. The porch overlooking the ocean was our favorite spot. The condo is well equipped with comfortable furniture, beach gear and a gas grill in the two car garage (although we didn’t get a chance to use the grill). The kitchen is well stocked but has mostly smaller pans. Communication with the owner was outstanding. This is the best place we’ve rented in the area.

This was a truly wonderful stay. The property is well equipped and directly on the beach. There is a garage stocked with a wagon, beach chairs and umbrellas. We only left for dinner and otherwise stayed at the condo or on the beach our entire trip. The host was fantastic and everything about this was five stars!!

This property was beyond amazing! We absolutely love this beautiful place! The view was breathtaking! My kids loved that it is right on the beach. The owners were awesome & responded right back to answer any questions you might have. Everything about this place is wonderful! We had the absolute best time at this condo. It is our new favorite place to stay when we are in the area. Everything was seamless and convenient. We did not need a thing upon arrival. The garage was awesome to leave sand toys, and beach gear without tracking it into the condo plus we had a cool place for our car. The views were spectacular and the ease of access to the beach was top-notch. I would recommend this place for anyone wanting to stay in the Melbourne area for a beach trip.

Very nice!

We could not have asked for a nicer place. It was well appointed, clean and quiet. It felt like home away from home. The view was beautiful! It was nice having a garage to keep beach supplies in. There were some beach chairs, beach toys and pool toys in garage. We provided our own chairs and umbrellas, but there were some for use if you don’t want to pack or buy your own. I would recommend this property as a great place to stay. I will book again if we should return to the area. Great communication with owner, not that there were any issues.

Condominium was exceptionally clean and well kept! Everything was so organized from the check-in process and beyond, even a garage door remote opener for easy entry and parking, countertop ice machine, washer & dryer everything that took our family vacation to the next level!

Perfect place on the beach!

Stayed here to turn visiting family for Christmas into a vacation and this property is everything we hoped for. Daily walks on the beach, comfortable beds, room for the whole family, fully stocked kitchen, and that’s not even mentioning the views. Thanks for having us!

Condo was well equipped, clean and the perfect location. Walking distance to Lou's Blues. Owner was great with communication and very accommodating. Our favorite restaurants in the area are Frigates, Hula Moon and Bizzaro pizza. Would stay here again!

Great beach getaway

If you are looking for a great beach stay with an awesome view, a great pool and a luxurious feel, this place is it. The place felt big, clean and very well taken care of. The balcony with the view was beautiful and where we sat most of the time. The pool was even better than I expected with a Mediterranean feel and plenty of space. Our kids loved it. The beach was quiet and never crowded. The host was very responsive and helpful. We felt like we could truly relax here and there was plenty of space for all six of us. We are glad we picked this condo as our vacation stay as it truly made for a great experience!
